Are casino parties legal?

Yes. Casino parties are legal. It's all in fun, with no "REAL" gambling involved. Your guests wager with funny money and have a chance to win prizes based on their winnings. Guests of any age are allowed to play.

How do we calculate the number of tables we will need?

Our years of experience have shown that 70% of your guests will want to play at any given time. If there are additional activities the percentage can be 50%-70% of your guests.

What kind of casino games should I get?

Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Texas Hold’em Poker are the most favored games. Blackjack is the overwhelming favorite. We recommend at least what is called 5-1-1 for any party. For example, for a party of 100, that would be 5 Blackjack tables, 1 Craps table, and 1 Roulette table or Texas Hold’em table will give all your guests easy access to their favorite games.

What is your pricing?

Contact us for pricing. A couple things to keep in mind are that all our prices are continuously market tested; and for added confidence, we offer a price+ match guarantee against all other companies in the DFW area (except one whom you would not want anyhow). Prices are at a premium during December, New Years Eve, and for parties after mid-night.

If we can’t win real money, what do we win?

Most parties have gifts for the top winner(s). Guests are given a funny money voucher which they can exchange at any casino party table for chips. If the guests do not know how to play the game, our friendly dealers will be happy to explain it to them to ensure that everyone learns, has fun and experiences the festive casino night atmosphere. Casino Parties Inc. was established in 1983 and is one of the oldest, most experience, and most trusted casino party provider in the DFW Metroplex. With a Better Business Bureau A+ rating, you can be confident in the quality and integrity of our services. We carry general liability insurance of $1 million and certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Can we gamble with real money?

No. Gambling for money is illegal in Texas.

How long does a typical casino night last?

All of our pricing is based on 3 hours of actual casino time. For additional hours, you will only be charged extra for the dealers, not the equipment.

Does Casino Parties Inc. provide chairs for the casino gaming tables?

Yes, stools are provided for all Blackjack and other table games. Chairs are included with all poker tables. Also note, our Blackjack tables can be adjusted for sit-down (with chairs) for the elderly or are wheelchair accessible. They can also be adjusted for standing in situations where space is limited.

Do we need to tip the dealers?

Gratuities are not included in the pricing but tips are very much appreciated. As with any service or entertainment worker, tipping is based on the level of your satisfaction.

What is your booking policy?

A signed contract and a 20% down payment hold your casino night reservation. Balance is due 20 days before the event. Acceptable forms of payment include: Checks, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

When do you deliver, set up, breakdown and remove your casino equipment?

We will work with you and the venue to determine the best time to setup. Usually we deliver and set-up well before the start of your event so it's all ready when your guests arrive. We remove our equipment at the end of the casino event.
