A: Our years of experience have shown that an average of around 70% of your guests will want to play casino at any given time. If there are additional activities going on concurrently, the percentage can be a bit lower.
A: Yes. Casino parties are legal. It's all in fun, with no "REAL" gambling involved. Your guests wager with funny money and have a chance to win prizes based on their winnings. Guests of any age are allowed to play.
A: Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Texas Hold'em Poker are the most favored games. Blackjack is the overwhelming favorite. We recommend at least what is called 7-1-1-1 for any party. For example, experience has shown us that 7 Blackjack tables for every 1 Craps, Texas Holdem and Roulette table is a typical mix.

A: Most parties have gifts for the top winner(s). Guests are given a funny money voucher which they can exchange at any casino party table for chips. They can play at their favorite table or move from table to table throughout the evening. If the guests do not know how to play the game, our friendly dealers will be happy to explain it to them to ensure that everyone learns, has fun and experiences the festive casino night atmosphere. At the end of the evening guests turn in their chips for either raffle tickets or auction vouchers for a chance to win prizes provided by the host/hostess.

A: Yes, stools are provided for all Blackjack and other table games. Chairs are included with all poker tables. Also note, our Blackjack tables can be adjusted for sit-down (with chairs) for the elderly or are wheelchair accessible. They can also be adjusted for standing in situations where space is limited.
A: We will work with you and the venue to determine the best time to setup. Usually we deliver and set-up well before the start of your event so it's all ready when your guests arrive. We remove our equipment at the end of the casino event.

We carry general liability insurance of $1 million and certificates of insurance are available upon request.
A: All of our pricing is based on 3 hours of actual casino time. For additional hours, you will only be charged extra for the dealers, not the equipment.
A: No. Gambling for money is illegal in Texas.
A: Gratuities are not included in the pricing but tips are very much appreciated. As with any service or entertainment worker, tipping should be based on the level of your satisfaction.
A: A signed contract and a 20% down payment hold your casino night reservation. Balance is due 15 days before the event. Acceptable forms of payment include: Checks, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
A: Casino Parties Inc. serves the entire State of Texas…but the Fort Worth and Dallas Metroplex, all of North Texas, Tyler, College Station are the most common.
